Larry Kaplan, Kitah Vav Judaics Teacher (Tuesday) and Tikhon Teacher (Shabbat)

Larry (he/him) is a lifelong Philadelphian and a graduate of Central High School, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Masters of Education and taught in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs for many years. Larry has also taught and led youth programs at various synagogues. Outside of teaching, Larry has owned a number of businesses, including dessert shops and the award-winning Varsity Fitness, where he trained professional athletes from around the world. Larry loves to travel, explore, and share stories.
