Are you looking to deepen your engagement with the online Jewish community? Join our course designed specifically for congregants who are already familiar with social media and want to enhance their online presence. In this class, we will explore a variety of key online Jewish resources, including educational platforms, news outlets, digital libraries, and Society Hill Synagogue’s own digital tools and offerings. You’ll learn how to effectively utilize these resources for personal growth and communal enrichment.
The course will cover how to navigate and use online Jewish resources. You will also develop skills to create compelling posts and interactions on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, the course will provide strategies to build and nurture connections within the online Jewish community and offer insights into recognizing and addressing antisemitism, as well as engaging in productive online dialogue, and when to disengage.
Through practical exercises and discussions, you will enhance your ability to navigate and contribute meaningfully to the vibrant online Jewish community. Join us to expand your skills and connect with fellow congregants!
